If you already have a domain name registered or you prefer to register your domains with another company, you can transfer these domain names onto your hosting account.
Completing the transfer is a straightforward process but varies depending on the extension of the domain name. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the transfer of your domain name to become visible throughout the Internet.
UK Domain Names (.co.uk, .org.uk .ltd.uk & .plc.uk)
To transfer a UK domain you must contact the current hosting company, and ask them to ammend the record for your domain name as folows.IPS Tag: S2CONSULTING
Primary Nameserver: ns1.turbodns.co.uk (195.10.228.174)
Secondary Nameserver: ns2.turbodns.co.uk (81.21.65.135)This will give us control of the domain on our system, and complete the transfer of the domain to us. All Other Domain Names (including .com, .net & .org)
To transfer a Top Level domain you must contact the current hosting company, and ask them to change the name servers for your domain name as follows. Primary Nameserver: ns1.turbodns.co.uk (195.10.228.174)
Secondary Nameserver: ns2.turbodns.co.uk (81.21.65.135)This will complete the transfer of the domain to us. You will continue to be invoiced for all future renewals of your top level domain name by the original hosting company.
